Updated: December 21, 22In Montenegro, there are three mobile providers available: Telekom, One and M:tel. All three providers offer excellent service, good coverage and fast speed internet. They all provide very similar offers with rather similar prices.
For a not long-term stay you can buy the prepaid SIM card of any operator at any souvenir shop, kiosk, grocery store or company office anywhere in the country. Prepaid plans include large amounts of data that is sufficient for remote work. Postpaid plans also can be a choice, but with much lower amounts of included resources for contract periods less than 12 months. All mobile operators provide eSIM technology.
Landline services, such as landline internet (mainly fiber) and Pay TV service are offered by three operators: Telekom, M:tel and Telemach. So, if you plan a long term stay, you can opt for some of the services offered by these providers. In addition, as Telekom and M:tel are providing mobile and landline services, you can find combined offers, with very favorable prices, and you can use all telco services.
